I ordered Mobile phone on Amazon India paying by card payment method. I was told delivery date as 5th November 018. But I didn't get order delivery on the said date; I called amazon customer service for several times Every time I was assured that I will get delivery on 6th November by 05:30pm but still I didn't get delivery.
Every time amazon customer care executive lied to me about order delivery schedule.
I request a strict action should be taken against Amazon so that this will not be repeated again in future with someone.
