Pickup request delay by one month and my money was not refunded

I had given enough time to resolve my issue I think there is no one responsible person in Firstcry who takes care of resolving queries of customer there TAT is 10 days to pickup only calling to client was not enough there should be action there logistic company make you fool every time and update wrong comments i.e no one was at home while pick up they don't have a courtesy to call client before pickup only customer care executive call that we are arranging pick up today but no one comes

Request you to share the delivery boy no. Before pickup so I can follow up with him.

Firstcry kindly return my amount of product with interest due to huge delay and pathetic service experienced from your logistic department.
