I had booked Hotel online at Haridwar ( Hotel Suryodaya Har ki Pauri) through Make My Trip. but inadvertently I made in mentioning the No. of guests and completed the payment. on detecting the error on booking receipt I tried to correct it but the Portal was demanding fresh payment. Thus I cancelled the booking and claimed refunded booked again paying full amount second time for the booking expecting refund. But now Make My Trip is denying payment mentioning the booking was on non refundable and cannot be paid. They have send mail stating that they had tried to contact me over phone which I find is totally untrue they have stated they have closed the issue inflicting a loss of Rs.6423 to me.
