Our normal electricity bill was Rs. 500to Rs. 600 but from last 4 months the bill amount is more than Rs. 00/- we have made several complain to MSEB (Complain no. 7243 dated 2018 and 8887 dated 018) and contentiously following up with staff members of MSEB and we are only getting dates for meter change. We have been informed on our last complain that meter will be changed by 2018 but when yesterday (i.e. 018) i called the office they said it will take one more month. In this scenario how can i trust them also i request you to kindly reverse the excess paid amount to me on the bais of average bill befor faulty meter. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
