My Bajaj Iron Repairing concern

I am Vikram Jadhav purchased Bajaj Majesty MX 3 Steam Iron before 5-6 months but currently I am facing problem with this product since 1 month.

I have already registered complain 3-4 times but I haven't get any response from bajaj technical guys from kharadi Pune location.

I am really tired your service which you are providing hope you help me to get resolution on this as soon as possible.

Technician took my iron to office for repairing purpose and given promise to deliver it with in two days but still after 1 month also i am not received my iron.

And every day i am calling to technician manager but they are not giving the response properly.

Customers are keep trust on company's product blindly they are breaking their trust. This is really ridicules and bad thing which they are doing.

Hope you understand my plain and help me asap.
