Vodafone wrong recharge done online

Some how i done wrong recharge online to some other number instead of my number after realizing with in few minutes i contacted Vodaphone customer care and share the online invoice to reverse my amount to actual number.But nothing happened yet its been 48 hours already.

When i tried reaching wrong number it always come not reachable.

My question is when i provided my invoice payment etc..why cant you please reverse the amount i lost to my number instead of wrong number.

Kindly advice soon.
