Meeter burn

My house electric meeter is autometicly burn on 14/06/2018 night and the next day i went to mpeb office kundalikala they said you will have to deposit 1765 rupees for new meter and i have deposted the money but still no one come to my home to replace the meeter and we are having problem just because of it plz solve this issue fastly
