Videocon is not disconnecting our dish TV connection after several request

I had requested to disconnect our one dish TV connection permanently under Box Sr. no.100014395024 on dated 27 May 2018 vide complaint no.591275782. I called to Customer Care several times but all the times they are giving different excuse by own and registering a new complaint and did not listen to me. I have two connection but one connection I am not using more so I requested them to disconnect permanently. I requested them so many times but they are playing with my sentiments and wasting my time and money unnecessary.
