I refer to the refrigerator (model no RVG610PND3) purchased from Vijay Sales on 27 July 2015 Code - 018) (V No 112-GTK07-15SIAAOUF 91) (Ord No – 112-GTK07-15SOA 50).
In the month of September 2017 we called the customer care to align the door of the refrigerator since the door of the refrigerator was not closing properly.
Mr Sheikh (Mobile no 997) from Hitachi visited our place for aligning the door of the refrigerator. Mr Sheikh charged Rs 350 for aligning the door. However we were not given any invoice/ receipt for the payment made by us. While aligning the refrigerator Mr Sheikh damaged the door of the refrigerator due to which bottom right of the door had a crack. We noticed the same the next day when we saw the crack on the bottom right of the refrigerator.
On 4 May 2018 we called the customer care again since a part of the refrigerator (from bottom right) was broken. Mr Riyaz (Mobile no 629) from Indu Services (an Authorised Service Provider of Hitachi) visited our place (request no. 3729 provided by Indu Services). On examining the door Mr Riyaz mentioned that the damage made by Mr Sheikh is not repairable and that the entire door needs to be replaced. Mr Riyaz charged Rs 500 for his visit for examining the refrigerator (Receipt no - 45). A note regarding the damage in the refrigerator was also given to Mr Riyaz where we have mentioned that the said damage was done by Mr Sheikh.
Today ie on 23 May 2018 the door is broken from the bottom right and entire door has been separated from the refrigerator.
