iMessage and FaceTime waiting for activation error

I have been reaching out to Airtel since I’m unable to get my iMessage and FaceTime activated. Airtel did not registered my issue nor raised a ticket on the first instance. I escalated the issue and spoke to a couple of advisors who claimed to be supervisors however the issue hasn’t been resolved yet. I’m not happy with the way Airtel technical team has been handling my case. I was tired and wanted to port my number back to my previous service provider but Airtel continues to give me false promises. I’m frustrated and will be porting out of Airtel tomorrow.
