Videocon d2h Disconnected

Dear Sir

I am using Videocon d2h and my customer id is: 523. I have registered a complaint on thursday 19th of April 2018 regarding disconnection of service.

The executive told me that it will take maximum 24 hours our engineer wil visit your house but no one came again when i called on next day 20th of april in evening the supervisior executive piyush mangrolia told sir it will take more 8 working hours after waiting no one visited or called for service. When i called on 20th april night supervisior ajay patel told that sir by tommorow 12 pm your problem will be resopved but till date and time no one has visited and no one has called and when i called today in morning that it has been more than 72 hours they are still saying it will take 72 hours.This is rediculus service
