I made flight reservation from IRCTC portal on 11th Feb 2018

This flight was cancelled by the airlines on 14th March due to operational issues and I was offered a full refund (Rs 76/) which I accepted.
This amount is not yet credited to me through IRCTC while airlines is claiming that they have sent this money to IRCTC to March 15th.
I have sent two emails to @irctc.co.in and below are reference numbers but have not got any response:
