Insurance not processed

had purchased Future Perfect policy of ICICI Prudential. My account got debited since last 2 months but still I have not received any policy or any update about status

I had sent multiple reminders to senior grevience officer but they too do not had respond to my concern

I have not received a single phone call from responsible person. This shows they are least bothered about customer. I am having many insurance policy and all had goodone experience. But this is worst service I had ever experienced.

I will not suggest to anyone to have ICICI services. This is worst service provider in country

I was expecting a phone call after having mail exchange and raising complaint. But I am surprised that no one is interested to have customer service

I want my premium back with interest of 2 months.
