Wrong electricity Bill


My(consumer id- 738) electricity bill is wrongly generated after august-2017 month.

My home is in rural area but bill is generating for the urban with default/no-actual reading. All villagers are getting electricity bill as per rural consumption.

So Please change my area type to "Rural" from "Urban". So that I can pay the actual bill ASAP.

Due to wrong electricity bill(which is three times of my actual bill) I am unable to pay on per month basis.

I have another connection (for water motor) with the consumer id- 1092 in the same village where my bill is generating as per rural area consumption. I am paying this electricity bill on regular interval.
