Port message on idea cellular barring..but other messages going to be send....i want to port.... customer service says we solve problem in next 24 hours but i had 5 days

I am getting this same response from Idea. They are not doing anything just asking you to share screenshots. I have reached out to them on Twitter gmail called customer care. Nothing has happened. Stop blocking MNP messages and stop troubling us!!
