Idea company not providing facility as per commitment and changed for this

I am not to paid idea bill for no 0924 because they are not given all facilities to me as per his commitment while taking sim card. we have not getting 1 GB data daily which he had said Lot of time I have call to customer care but they are not resolve the issue properly and after using data within limit I have charge for this. After billing I have try to call customer care but my sim card is block hence unable to contact any customer care executive. Now they are plan to send next bill while blocking my sim card
