Since recharge of tata sky channel we are not getting single and paid money not refunded or credited.

We have two connection on single sat top box and recharged the channel but it never got telecast on subsidiary channel. We complained for it visit the technician return back without reparing and debit the visiting charge of Rs 150.plz help for permanent solution. My mobile no is 021.
