Online transaction

I tried to add Rs 5000 to payzapp wallet from my bank of india account through debit card on 3rd November 017. The money got debited from my bank however it was not added to payzapp wallet. I checked with payzapp and they have already refunded the amount on 6th November. But it is not yet credited to my account. I have sent numerous emails with the reference numbers to boi. They are not responding at all. Customer service does not have any clue about the transaction. Giving various email address to send emails. I have sent emails to @bankofindia.co.in @oberthur.com ho. atmcell@bankofindia.co.in.

No reply at all worst banking customer service I have ever experienced.
