Hello sir I bought a new Vodafone connection 1339 on 13th of August 017. I was told that in 499 monthly rental plan, which I opted for, I will get unlimited local and STD calls and 15 GB 4G data per month. But when I started using the data services I came to realise that the internet speed was less than 2G speed. I launched a complaint with the Vodafone customer care regarding the same thru complaint no 826. I was told by Mr Aman who attended my call that my problem would be resolved by 23rd August, and our technical team will contact you regarding your complaint. But so far no one has contacted me and neither my complaint have been resolved. So I request the Vodafone company officials thru your portal to resolve my complaint at the earliest,failing which I will be forced to port that number to some other better service provider.
