Snapdeal Product under warranty period but not replacing

Dear Sir I have purchase HTC Dezire 820G from sanpdeal on 05 May 17.under 06 months warranty period.. Before 10 days phone dead. I will complete the Sanpdeal but not reply properly. & till product not replace.or refund money.. Please help us...
