Payment status: Failed (Passport Seva)

Dear Sir/ Ma'am, It has been more than 6 working days, and neither the payment refunded and nor the reflecting at passport site. kindly note that, the customer care number mentioned is not working and i am following up the same but they do not pick up or speak out of service. So request you to assist me on the same and either the refund my money or make payment successful. hope you will take early actions and resolve the query.
