E Commerce Amazon complain

I am order a mi max prime mobile phone on dt 2017 and i am received it on dt 2017 th amazon site and my customer id 5993 and my mail id gargrohit4994@yahoo.com. When i am used this phone then i am found a techinical problem for slow charging of this phone and i am lodge a complaint on amazon customer care service then they told me that our technician will come and check my product . Amazon technician was come on dt 2017 at 4.00Pm after two days on my complaint and he issue a service report for a defective product and told me for call amazon customer care i am call in amazon care they manipulate me and not ragiestrted a return request and told many formalities . I am suffered a heavy loss and harasment . So i am requested to you that please help me for return this product and take a action against amazon for bad customer care service
