MSEB faulty (off) meter

My home's electricity meter is off, from last seven months. I have already given the complaint, about this, but nobody person come, or not seen what is the problem ? Always asked for deposit the payment of Bill. I am deposit the bill amount time to time. But after fill the bill, the office person not response my complaint. So I request you to please change my faulty (off) meter, or reduce my bill amount.
