Ordered a flower bouquet on their website. Description on website said there could be a 'SLIGHT' variation in the actual arrangement. However, they sent something completely different from the picture on website. They send 12 roses in a glass tumbler whereas the description says 12 roses, rectangular glass vase and seasonal leaves. Upon requesting them to fix the issue, I received an email from Derryl Daniel saying that a slight variation is not an issue. I am appalled by their low quality service more than anything else. Complete ignorance and lack of empathy. No interest in solving customer agony. Horrible. If I have to put a monetary amount to the loss, it would be above Rs10,000 as that is the amount I would have to pay to fix my reputation which is spoiled by sending a low grade gift.
