I am BITTU DUTTA, residence of Falakata, Alipurduar, West Bengal. I am the consumer of Bharat gas and my consumer no. is 019. The name of distributor is Falakata Gas Service. I was transferred my connection in Yonzon Gas Agency, Jaigaon, Alipurduar, West Bengal. Last 4 months I am trying to connect my service in Yonzon Gas Service but the office person is saying that my TV no.(8008102930) is not valid. Then I went my previous office and they are saying that my TV no. is correct that means both office doesn't agree that where is the problem and whom? Both are blaming each other. And afterall I am suffering last 4 months. No one agree to help me. One side is saying that my paper work is all right and other one is saying that my TV no. is not correct. What shall I do? I have attached my original documents. So, I have no choice. That is why I am begging you, Please help me and give me my own basic needs. It is a deeply request at bottom of my heart.
