For Aircel postpaid bill

Sir I am aircel user my aircel postpaid no is 4460 but my no is outgoing and incomming has been blocked by aircel company mr aircel is bill cycle every first week of month .Coustmercare information rs 128 plan 3g 500 mb data and 2g unlimited 28 days I have request coustmercare activation aircel rs 128 data plan on 10/09/2016 and plan has been activate on 13/09/16 I have used gprs but company 03/10/16 my outgoing and incomming has been blocked I am taking to coustmercare. Coustmercare answer me your limit rs 1000 has been crossed and your bill rs 284. I am taking senior coustmercare and reply senior coustmercare sir this our mistake don't very I will manage your bill issue and any releated bill issue so call me personally my no is 8490 but till date bill issue not mange and senior coustercare not receive my call so pse help me
