Aircel VAS pack complaint

Sir, My no.is 9693394993.My mother uses this no. On 19th nov 2016 I recharged with Rs.30 In emergency. As she only receive the call bt today when she have to call as she was admitted she cant call because of your service. You deducted whole balance and when i checked i saw VAS pack activated own by own. Please sir kindly deactivate this all service and refund my bal 30. I would be very grateful to you. Sharmila
