Unwanted activation of VAS in Aircel

Without my concern AIRCEL co. subscribed Music Pack on my no 3550 and deducted Rs 30 immediately from my balance on -16. On 05-10-16 another SMS pack Rs.2/day subscribed and deduted bal upto -16. Today 12-10-16 at 08:10 pm sms received thankyou for subscribing the aircel P I 9 pack and Rs 9 has deducted from bal. Many request has been made to customer care but they are not ready to refund my balance.It is therefore request kindly take strict action against Aircel and refund my balance. Thanking You
