Wrongly balence deducted by Aircel

aircel debited my main Balance unnecessalry balance has been deduced from my account without any usage. This harassment is being continued for n number of times. I have registered many complained but no action is taken. i am not getting any messages or any benefit regarding this deduction. please help any solve my problem. amount deducted :-13 rs main balance + about 25+ promo balance

total money 38 rs

there is no massage regarding deduction

We would like to inform you that if you use GPRS service without any pocket internet pack then balance gets deducted at the rate of 10p/10KB. On 18th Sep’16 there was no pocket internet pack active and total 4998 KB of data was used. Hence according to 10p/10KB Rs.5.20/- balance was deducted for GPRS usage which is correct and accurate as per the usage. Also we cannot provide information regarding which websites you have accessed but we can provide how much KB’s of GPRS service was used. Further we apologize it would not be possible to provide credit towards the same.

dear Aircel...

for your kind of information i have 50 mb data valid for 2-oct-2016

still it shows 50 data ....ya absolutely i use data GPRS services .... before conforming my data balance.. by *133#

but data is not deducted and my main balance is deducted....why??

so how can you say that there is no Gprs pack...

i have still 50 mb left which will expires on oct 2...
