Reliance broadband refund not issued

My reliance broadband id was 3363 following complaint of my still pending, regarding same i received call from reliance h.o as well as local office on 30 sep 2016 that ur cheque is ready and it will be reached to u within 3 days today is 7 sep but still i didnt recieved. kindly do the needful on urgent basis or transfer money in my account Rajesh srivastav 2126 RajeshSrivastav Reliance broadband refund not issued My previous compliant was not resolved and my reliance broadband user id was 363. Refund of rs 564 is not issued after 3 months of discontinution of services. Below mentioned history of my previous complaint. kindly reimburse my 564 rs as early as possible. My reliance broadband user id was 3363 and it was disconnected on 7 may 2016 after disconnection I got final bill in which it is clearly mentioned that rs 4.11 id due which means I made advance to reliance. still 2 months have gone but I didn't got my money back so Kindly refund 4.11 rs as early as possible. Good afternoon ! Did you receive your refund cheque? How did you solve the issue Please help me. I am also one of the foolish customers who had taken reliance broadband service and strucked with a refund issue of Rs.3162/- Every time they replies same comments that my complaint "has been attended by their customer service team. We have nothing to do with their service team that is their internal matter. The company should refund our own money back.
