Reliance Broadband Wrong Bill generation

Sub ID : 2986 Name : Mit Panchani I have talked to the Customer Care, and I have been told to do an mail for the same. Connection Terminated : 10-May-2016 Bill for 11-April-16 to 10-May-16 payment done on 15-April-2016 I have received a new bill from 11-May to 11-June. Date of termination: 10-May-16. I request again for the second time to resolve the matter.

It's been frustated to have a connection of reliance broadband which is not working from15th may 2016 as i complained several times every time i get Complaint No which are

1st complain no.246364422 date 28-05-2016

2nd complain no.246517347 Date 03-06-2016

3rd complain no.246592744 Date 04-06-2016

After That I pay my broadband internet Bill on Cash Rs. 2600/- to Alok Panday (Alok Singh +91- 8115420481) But he not deposit payment to Reliance Broadband Store. I have many time call and message but he not reply and block my number. I am also called to reliance manager Mr. Radhe Shyam Singh (+91-9307096904) many time he told me don’t worry your payment will be deposit as soon as possible. But payment not deposit till now. My broadband connection not working due to Payment issue.
